If you live in Okehampton or the surrounding area you can travel with ease from your own front door by using the Okehampton Ring & Ride Service.
The Community Car Scheme complements the Ring & Ride service and provides for more individual one-off journeys. Transport is provided by volunteer drivers using their own vehicles.

The nearest train station to Hatherleigh is Okehampton, which runs regular train services into Exeter St Davids where you can take trains to the rest of the national network.
